I have moved across country 3 times now and this, by far, was the worst experience I’ve had. The coordinator misjudged the weight of the items, costing me 25% more than quoted. She also didn’t send a big enough truck for all of the items. The day of moving to another state, the packers were called off the job to go to a different location. This set me back hours on my departure. They also broke several items, which i had to fight tooth and nail to get reimbursed for.
Glassware was wrapped fine but all my bigger pieces of furniture suffered extensive damages. My kitchen knives were all dented beyond recognition, packed in a huge box with no filler. It's been a few months since the move but I am still working on replacing things.
This is the worst company I've ever used. Not only did they lose a lot of our items but scratched and banged up most of what they didn't lose. Terrible service. Uncaring workers. Didn't get anything in return either. Would never recommend them to anyone.
From start to finish using this moving company was a disaster. John, the salesman was very condescending and non-responsive. When crew arrived they said they didn’t know anything about moving my computer or 5 component stereo system. While …

I generally don't write Google reviews, but this one I wanted to. Under the circumstances my girlfriend and I had to move out quickly; her mother found this company. We discovered they were local and the price was right. Bailee was amazing in our consultation and understood what we were going though; we even had audio issues during the video call and she didn't get frustrated with us either.
Dreke, and his crew of 4 did an excellent job. Arriving at 9:15 a.m. departing at 3:30 p.m. they carefully wrapped all of our furniture, blankets, or the appropriate cover for the piece wrapped securely in with tape or plastic wrap , then carefully carried it through the house out to the van. They worked at a careful pace. Moving 11 rooms of furniture. Every member of the team was joyful, courteous, and there was much laughter while working.
Truly have never had better movers in my life. They were quick and really did a fantastic job. If this review was based on just movers alone it would be 5 stars, but I have to remove one because there was a BIG miscommunication (and I will take ownership of part of it). BUYER BEWARE this is a flat rate moving service. I thought it was hourly as I asked what the hourly rate was, and was never told the words “flat rate” when we spoke on the phone.
These guys were awesome! Hard working and with a great attitude. We have a large family with several children, which equates to lots and lots of stuff to move! NetMOVE arrived on time with 2 trucks and got right to work. They got us moved so quickly and took care to wrap all of our stuff so it wouldn't get damaged. I was also impressed with how respectful they were and accommodating to our needs. Would recommend to others and will use them again in the future!
