Do your research before hiring this company. I almost never leave negative reviews, but our experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. We chose this company because of the positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience was the opposite. Communication from the beginning was poor. We were told the move would take a maximum of five hours. We booked four hours and were reassured that it “should be enough.” When we asked if additional time could be added if needed, we were told no.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!! We were in the middle of a nightmare long distance move from Orrville to Florida, and they came and packed the truck in two hours. Got to Florida, not ONE item damaged or broken, which is a miracle. Highly professional, friendly, efficient, would recommend them again and again - very grateful for how carefully and professionally they handled the packing of the truck!
It felt like everything in my move was going wrong, UNTIL the movers from New Mood showed up. Communication on arrival times was great, everyone was timely and beyond helpful. I honestly can't say enough good things. They finished ahead of schedule, handled everything efficiently and with the utmost care. I cannot describe how grateful we were for the help, and I'll be recommending this company time and again to anyone I know who is moving. Thank you, again.
Moving is stressful but Michael and his team made it a breeze. Punctual, speedy, careful with our items, they finished the job so quickly. They are a steal for the service they provide, definitely would recommend for moves!
Absolutely amazing. They were efficient, funny, got everything done. Last minute and after work hours at a completely reasonable price. I’d recommend them to anybody. Thank you guys again, so much. ♥️
