In their own words
The 24 hour access is great but I’m having trouble accessing my individual storage unit. It’s confusing including the office hours. When I bring up the website on Google it says they won’t be open-the office-until Monday@9am. Their website says the office is open daily from 9am-5pm. Their chatbot also says they’re open daily from 9am-5pm.
Thanks for your feedback, Joan! We're glad you appreciate our 24-hour gate access. We apologize for the confusion regarding the office hours and understandand how frustrating this situation must have been. While our facility offers 24-hour … More
Tim was terrific, kind, informative and even though I’ve rented several U-Hauls throughout my life, his customer service skills were exemplary and I honestly felt happy to return the next time I’m in need of their customers services. Great job Tim and I’ll see you around soon.
Scheduling pickup and delivery was amazingly easy. Everything was electronic so I didn't have to wait and do a ton of paperwork. I would rent here again
Thanks for your 5 star review. We appreciate your business!
This has been one of the better storage units I’ve had. For the few years I’ve been here the commutation was never lacking.
Thanks for your 5 star review. We appreciate your business!
