We have used NA for four of our moves. This last move was by far the worst move we have ever had with any company! We have missing furniture, broken furniture, scratches on so much furniture, they scratched my brand new front door at my old house so bad that the new owner is now upset. They delivered out of my delivery time then kept changing days on us. I asked for a FULL service move and definitely is not what I asked for. This is just a few things there is so so much more.

I want to be fair, and waited until a possible resolution before leaving a review. I would like to give credit to Bobby who not only coordinated the initial move , but went above and beyond. The moving team was very nice, and professional, we even bought them lunch. All interactions were pleasant. My issue with the company was that our $3800 television was taken out of the box and put on its frontside by the team. When we went to plug it in after, the tv wouldn’t turn on.

I very recently moved from Philadelphia to Los Angeles with Alfonso as my moving team lead and driver. He and his crews helped to pack and move my 4br house into a storage unit out here, with some special projects (frame tv uninstall, crating of a large gilt mirror and complicated chandelier fixture, some weird antique chairs needing special wrapping) to coordinate in addition to the usual “pack the kitchen”.
Alfonso moved us from montana to philly. He and his guys were extremely efficient when packing and unpacking and made sure we had what we needed. Would recommend Alfonso to anyone because of his professionalism and skill.

Alfonso is unstoppable and unbeatable! You rarely encounter such a dynamo. He moved us from rural WA State to mid-city VA without a hitch: he texted along the way to keep us informed and called when he arrived. He had to deal with heavy traffic to get to us, and then 20 floors of high rise elevators, yet he never slowed down and he never stopped. We are doubly impressed. Thank you, Alfonso.
