Showed up 30 minutes late. Didn't have dolly (used ours). Damaged our furniture. It's been over 30 days and I've called and texted to get a resolution on the damage and "it's their busy season" so they haven't looked into it.
They offered to pay me $175 to take down my honest review which I did but with as much as they destroyed including a 65" tv I need to make sure no one else has to deal with this company. How many other people took down their honest reviews for money? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Edit: So instead of taking accountability they are now saying they should have charged me more and "gave" me a discount.

Trash company. If I could leave this company 0 stars I would. I scheduled an estimate and confirmed the date of move. Got an email the next day that they are now understaffed and cannot assist with the move even those it’s 2 months out ? I will call this company out when I find out they were able to assist someone new. Hire more people to accommodate your customers needs Darin!
Don't use this company. And what ever you do don't let them touch your tv. They don't guarantee it will be delivered in one piece.Be carful reading their reviews, I know people that were offered money for good reviews and not to tell the truth.
Used their service in month of July for some furnitures to be moved into a storage unit, 100meters away from the house. After promising a receipt of the service. They never provided the same even after multiple follow-ups. They keep …

I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. Johntay and Dallas are amazing. They are so thoughtful, careful, and hard working. We hired them to pack our moving POD to see if they would be a good fit for our move into our new home. I’m SO glad we did. Even though our move is complete, we will be asking them to help us in the future and recommending them to anyone who will listen.

My parents used NexLevel to move yesterday. We were so happy with the responsiveness, professionalism, friendliness, and value. The three guys (we failed to remember their names) that came were so polite and quick. They didn’t mess around at all. We were done in less time than we expected.
