Blocked several cars in at my condo complex (no one nearby to move the truck despite them watching me from the third floor), propped common doors open (against posted rules), and extremely rude when confronted about these issues. Do not recommend at all.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about making my move as stress-free as possible. I have moved locally 5 times in the last 15 years and until my move with Next Generation Moving Company I have always been disappointed and swore I would try yet another mover the next time I changed apartments. That has all changed now that I found a mover that actually knows what they are doing and they do it with a smile on their face. Martin, Armando and Marco moved me from a 2 bedroom to another 2 bedroom last Friday. They arrived on time all ready to work.
Thank you, Ms. Lynn!
Highly recommend NG for long haul moving used them 2 times in the last 60 days to move my sellers across country and I wouldn’t choose any one else moving forward great pricing even better customer service they knocked it out of the park. Both moves were long distance PA to FL and PA to AL each time my sellers were satisfied and it helped me provide a full service in my business great work Chris and Crew!
🌟 Next Generation Movers: Exceptional Experience ! 🌟 I recently had the pleasure of working with Next Generation Movers during my move, and I cannot recommend them enough. Their attention to detail, seamless process, and outstanding customer service truly set them apart. Attention to Detail: From the moment they arrived, the team exhibited meticulous care. They wrapped delicate items securely, ensuring nothing was damaged during transit. Their precision and thoroughness were impressive.
