NEVER RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM NORTHWEST MINI STORAGE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️‼️‼️ & IF WATER DAMAGE HAPPENS IN YOUR CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT FROM THEY ROOF THEY CLAIM THEY CAN’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT EVEN IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE 🤦🏽♀️ & WON’T GIVE YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY BACK. I KNOW YOU SUPPOSE TO GIVE A MONTH ADVANCE BEFORE YOU MOVE OUT BUT I DIDN’T KNOW HAVING MY MATTRESSES IN A CLIMATE CONTROL STORAGE COULD GET WATER DAMAGE & It’s FROM THEY ROOF.. My MATTRESSES HAVE MOLD DAMAGE FROM THAT..

I would highly recommend this storage unit if you are ever in need of one! I arrived three minutes before closing on a Saturday, due to missing my exit. The gentleman was literally getting ready to lock the doors. He still stayed and helped me, and for that I'm beyond grateful. I apologized and explained that I really appreciated him for allowing me to rent the unit, for him staying over to help me after closing time, and for walking me through the process and paperwork.
