This company has a great customer service. Amber, who works in the office is helpful and professional. Everytime her and I talk, she is friendly and helps take care of payments and concerns fast. Storage Masters is a great company and has great people working for them!!
Barb at west main storage masters was great. She helped us with our choice on a parking spot. She was very pleasant to work with. She went above & beyond by letting us know asap that our payment had been transferred from another facility to hers. Will definitely recommend them again.
Tracy was such wonderful help when helping me picking a storage unit to rent. She answered all of my questions and was extremely professional, not to mention extremely kind and personable. 10/10 would recommend doing business with her!
After touring several facilities, we chose Storage Masters of West Main. The staff viewings were helpful, and the online sign-up process was incredibly easy—just a few quick questions, payment, and done! Highly recommend.
