My experience has been good for years. But today I opened my unit and discovered that the person next to me unscrewed the panels between the units and stole items out of my unit. Makes me feel very violated.
Been a longstanding customer. New owners took over and service declined. Was informed payment had to be made by a certain date to avoid a late fee. Payment was made when told and late fee was applied. Discussed previous conversation with manager and he informed us nothing can be done about it. Been using this facility for years and have never been charged a fee
I have had a unit here for years. Since Storage Masters has taken over I get price increases several times a year. Good place to keep your items if you don't mind paying top dollar.

I had the pleasure of working with Micheal. He was very fast and efficient. The facilities are top notch and the need for no lock is wonderful.
Extremely clean facility. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Would 100% recommend this business.
Was very helpful and explaining and patient Was unloading the truck past the time drop off. Was on premise and was 28 min after. Didn’t charge me arm or legs on ss check once a month. I’ve always brought family members to rent or pay or drop or pick up. Their truck was clean and very easy to drive and comfortably Good deals Ty!
We had an awesome experience with Storage Masters. The guy that works there is top notch. We rented a climate controlled unit with Bluetooth entry for our business and it was the best one we have rented in Decatur, and we tried more than a few places.
