The driver of my uhaul stole the uhaul then got arrested so the truck was towed.they coming after me for several hundreds n fees for the tow n storage n not the driver that got arrested for it to be towed. They charginf me mord then half of whsf my disability check is a month n refuse to allow me to make payments .saying I have to pay total all at once.i will not pay them over my rent n lose my place to pay a fee i didnt cause.they have copies of the drivers id n his signature but wont go after him at all no they…
I don't know what this place is like but I gave them 2 stars because I have told them numerous times I do not know why they are calling my phone I just got this 9315 phone number it does not belong to a micheal yet they still call me even when they are blocked please stop calling me I have no idea who this micheal guy is.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! absolutely horrible. they change the prices on you , they add fees to your account without notice, put locks on your storage units without notice . that guy BILLY has a horrible attitude, he doesn’t let you explain things he talks over you. they don’t treat you with any respect!!!

Absolutely horrible. I was 1 day late and tried moving out when they charged me the late fee(understandable). Then Proceeded to charge me for another month. So I have to pay $100 to move out
Never want to answer their phone, then want to change you another month or try loke your loker so you can't access it without notice!!
Don't recommend, infested with roaches. Had to unpack everything before taking it in my new home so I didn't bring roaches inside.

Amber is awesome -- she provided extraordinary customer service! Very professional, kind, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient... made the process very easy! Would definately recommend this location.
Great place is fine as I must say as for storage I had my things from my house storage in there for over two years and they still been working with me by far to make sure I keep my stuff great place for storage!
The only thing I dont care for is the rate hikes seems to be very often... I understand rate increases but just seems like so often... luv our climate control unit
Amber is amazing, she is so helpful and a huge asset to Storage Masters. Give this woman a raise she definitely deserves it!!
