Have been with Nova Storage for over 5 years, never had an issue with payments until recently when my card was misplaced so I cancelled it. I received a call on 4/12 to go in and make this months payment in person and in cash as the payment was returned by the bank. I went in today Sunday 4/13 to make the payment in person and asked if I could go back to my account being charged as usual and I was told no, that my account has been flagged to make payments in cash moving forward...wow, after 5 years of being a…

A family member called this morning to get assistance, I understand there are policies in place though the customer service is what keeps people coming back to businesses. They had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking to Francisco this morning who showed no phone etiquette when speaking.
