Horrible experience with this company. Schedule a move a couple days in advance with them and they were not able to make it at my scheduled time and asked if they could do it later the day after. We had to find a different company asap, customer service was also rude and did a bad job at keeping us updated
Ciara, We are sorry to hear about the last minute rescheduling. Sometimes during peak times we get overbooked and when that happens we always communicate with our clients and try to offer a solution like a nearest slot and a discount for inconveniences.
The guy Pasha was extremely unprofessional and rude. I nicely asked questions and got very rude reaction on my requests. The service was very slow, the previous moving companies did their job 2 times faster and cleaner. Very sad for choosing them and paying so much for the bad service.
After the move I couldn’t find a few sets of tools and a couple bottle of brand new cologne I got for Father’s Day. Took a loss of over $1200 in tools and cologne. So the move really cost me like $3k

Hands down the most reckless driving from a company I have ever seen. Almost caused many accidents on the highway. Speeding and cutting drivers off.

I wish I could give Prof Moving & Storage more than 5 stars. I’m so grateful to Niko + Jonny, an incredibly professional, kind, and highly skilled moving team. They arrived on time and were extremely fast. They took great care to pack my things meticulously and ensured there was no damage during the moving process (and my old apartment had tricky, tight doorways and steep stairs!) They disassembled and reassembled all my furniture.
Overall the 2 movers that came were very professional and efficient. They did a great job. But I had to give one less star, my communication with their office via email to get things scheduled, the address I provided was correct in the …

Professional Moving was awesome! From the first call and emailing details, it was very straightforward and quick with the responses. I scheduled the guys for a Saturday and they were on time and professional. I closed a branch of my printing business so there was a lot of heavy boxes of paper and supplies, but more importantly, printers and copiers that are super bulky and heavy. They were great about wrapping and protecting them, along with the transport. Everything went smooth with the pickup and the drop off.
