I chose this company because they had the best price and the reviews were really good. On the day of the move one of the movers broke my banister (see photos below). I spoke to the owner Joseph and he assured me that they would fix it or replace it (see screenshot below). When the worker came to fix it, it was a flimsy job and needed to be replaced. I called Joseph (the owner) informing him that the "fix" did not work and the banister would need to be replaced.
Please Give Me A Call..
Pretty Rude to be a Man who Owns a Buisness , I called for a Quote ... the hourly fee is Fine but they wanted a $100 Travel Fee... which is a bit outrageous.. when I said something he said Oh well Have a Good day *Click* and Hangs up.... People need to learn Customer Service before deciding they want to be Business Owners 🤷🏽♀️
The service I received was terrible. I couldn’t be there for the move but left my daughter there with instructions on what and what not to move. This crew packed items that were supposed to stay and I had to take them back. They broke items …

We LOVED working with O2 Movers - they were on time and loaded our entire apartment in an hour and a half. Joseph has such a great sense of humor and great energy. Both gentlemen were considerate, professional, and incredibly efficient. We had a very local move - we were out of the old apartment and in the new one in three hours. Our washer needed draining and Joseph helped us with that - also advised us to get a new filter vent for our dryer, which was appreciated. The experience overall was just one of joy.
We LOVED assisting you! It was such a pleasure, especially when we have been sent a a gift. Nobody wants a Bad Present.. Added 2 More Sisters In Love 💗 & Robert …
Joseph and his crew are amazing! He was responsive, professional, and helped me move on fairly short notice. They moved everything quickly, and took good care of all my belongings. They even helped me to assemble a bed which was a huge help. Happy with the experience, will definitely use this company again, and highly recommend.

VERY PLEASE WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. MOST OF MY FURNITURE HAD GLASS AND THEY DID NOT BREAK ANYTHING. THEY TREATED MY FURNITURE AS IF IT WAS THEIR OWN FURNITURE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. GREAT QUALITY FOR A GREAT PRICE!

Where do I start? O2 Movers did NOT disappoint! I recently sold my home of 10 years. Packing and Moving in itself is extremely exhausting and though I I was excited about my new beginning, I was also very nerved about all that it involved. So I wasn't looking forward to it in any way! Lol... However, Joseph the owner and his team truly made it seamless. First, they were on time. Then after briefing them, they went right to work! Almost non-stop!
