Was looking for a house to rent. They send us with a master key to some very not clean trailers to look at the first weekend. one had a pile of cloths in the landry room and a king size bed in the master with a tv that was on, i felt like who ever lived there was still living there. Another one just felt dirty, the floor made a crinkling nosie while walking on it. As we were leaving the neighbor was outside letting us know that that trailer has bugs... But none the less, we did end up finding one we liked.

We moved out of Oak Hill estates on May 31st and we were told it takes about 30 days to get our security deposit back. On July 1st we reached out since we still had not received our check back and they said they had to issue us a new check because it was sent to our old address (the trailer that we moved out of on the 31st, not sure how that makes any sense but that’s what they said).

If you want to see an example of a terrible HOA, go to Oak Hill Estates. We lost our dog in the neighborhood and not only did they take down our flyers on the street signs after they gave us permission to do so, they also took down the flyer that was on the bulletin board in the community center while our dog was still missing. The only person willing to help us were the actual people living there and the maintenance crew.

This place is a joke honestly. I feel bad saying that because the ladies I dealt with seemed nice. I applied for a lease here. Communication after that wasn’t amazing and I ended up having to reach out to them. Took a few days. In the end I was told I was denied. Alrighty, well, moving on. Went to another community and got approved the next day. Got a call from here a few days later and I was now APPROVED with 3-6 months rent up front. Say what now?
Don't be fooled by other people's reviews. We just got new management in the past year and before that it wasn't that great either. Yeah they put new homes in, had SOME of the roads fixed did some things for the signs but make no mistake, they don't care about you at all here. If your neighbors pays more but they are giving you problems, you are the one they will take it out on.

This place has gone down hill everyone is moving out left and right now side walks for the growing number of children in the community walk at your own risk they say but when you ask about modifications they turn you town dawn and Madison at the leasing office have been in helpful and are rarely there to assist. Takes forever just to get repairs done and when they do come to fix they don’t have anything can do and just call another company. Pool suppose to be open but never is.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, this place sucks and the management has changed over 8 times in the last 2 years.. I wonder why. The current manager of this dump is disrespectful, spiteful and just immature. If you make her upset, she will make you pay for it. It's really sad. Go live somewhere else, don't live here. It may look nice, but it carries a lot of deep secrets that would make you not wanna be here. Trust me.
This place is a joke and they must be smoking crack. Applied on a Thursday, on Friday we got a call saying that we were approved and said they would call with details on Monday. Didn’t hear from them so I called them on Tuesday and they said that in order for me to move in I would need 15 months rent plus 1.5 month security deposits, so it woulda cost me $14k to move in there.

This review is mostly for Madison! We came to her in need of a new place to live and wanted out of our previous home we rented before signing another lease. We told her what we were looking for and that day she had a home to view! We fell inlove with the home! Super spacious and beautiful! We put our application in! She got us approved FAST and had our home move in ready in less than a week! Madison was great at communicating with us every step of the way! Truly blessed we came across her and oak hill estates!

When you first come in the park, you can see some of the roads are bad and some of the Trailers are in bad shape but if you look at the new signs, check out the newly remodeled pool and tour some of the redone houses, you can see that there is progress being made. I have been here just weeks away from a year and the new management has been here just a few months longer than me.
The only 2 things I would say negatively about living here (7 years now) is that the price does shoot up quite a bit year after year. That is normal for everywhere so it is what it is. And the only other thing is no fire pits are allowed due to how close some of the homes are to each other. Other then that the staff is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Dawn and her staff. If there is ever an issue it is taken care of ASAP and much quicker than anywhere else I have lived.
