The rating breakdown
Google shows 16 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 4 of those are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

In their own words
Horrible experience with Oil Capital Relocation! The packing of our home and storage for 5 months went smoothly. When I contacted Oil Capital Relocation 7 weeks prior to desired delivery date, I was provided a "7 day window" during which I might receive delivery of my belongings. The written materials provided by them guarantee a single agreed upon date for delivery. When I complained, they provided a 2 day window for delivery. Then, when our belongings arrived, 31 boxes (a "vault") was missing.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.
