I have used Accent Moving in the past with good results so I decided to use them again for my last move in October. Jody came to the house, wrote up and estimate for approx 12 hours and I explained that I was trying to keep the move at 8 hours or less and that I would have everything dissambled and they only had to move the large items, not the boxes. The crew showed up and did not work as effeciently as the previous crews. They were not as organized and took lots of breaks.
You will lose MORE than money using this company. Used this company to move from Texas to Nebraska. Not only was my delivery late, but some of my property failed to be delivered. Also, about 40% of my belongings were damaged, including a $2500 TV that was dropped due to only 1 mover carrying it. My husband offered to help, but the mover refused. I filed a claim since I PAID for insurance. 9 months later, I am still getting the run around.

The people in the Tulsa office were great. However, the move itself was a nightmare. Things were damaged and lost, almost no packing materials were used even though we paid for full packing. The boxes here show how they were packed and what it looked like when we opened them. Catfood pouches that had been in boxes were thrown in with linen and other goods and broke. They dented a new dryer, broke lamps, damaged hats, and generally were disrespectful about our goods.

Had an appointment today so the movers could come survey the house to estimate how much they would be moving- the agent was 45 minutes late to my house and when she arrived she was there for less than ten minutes. Handed me a pamphlet and gave me zero information about what to expect next. Update: all other proceedings during my move and until drop off of my items were excellent. Everyone was timely and courteous and communication was excellent throughout
We were very disappointed with this relocation company. They were contracted for us for a government move and it was done done well at all. After over 20+ years of military and government service, with over 10 moves and 6 overseas, we have never had a bad experience until this move. Will not put deficiencies in this review, they will go to the government contracting agency. I would just highly suggest looking elsewhere.
