First I have to say I think these movers have mostly positive reviews because when they receive negative feedback they immediately reach out to 'amend the problem' and explicitly mentioned that I gave them a bad review online. So be weary of the reviews. Anyway, if you work with this mover I highly recommend you call them the day before or the morning of the move to confirm all the details. For our move there was serious miscommunication that caused a lot of problems on the day of our move.
This company is a total scam and disappoinment. I've moved few times in this past years, and never had such disappointing experience with a mover. I thought they were better because they offer inclusive service eventhough price is higher than other movers. They are so unprofessional and inefficient in doing their job.
It is going to cost as much as the packing/moving services to replace or repair the items that they destroyed or damaged. I hired On the Go for packing/moving services to help with a move within the same apartment complex. The movers were nice and the booking process was smooth. Given the very short distance of the move, I went with the basic insurance but their coverage is paltry. They damaged an expensive computer monitor beyond repair and only offered $15 for it.

Disappointing. I don't recommend them. They broke one of the items, which can happen during the move. But, the fact that they wrapped this item with their JACKET?? was the reason why that happened. And the way how they handled the damage claim was not professional, and the reimbursement was even close to the replacement. Also, they didn't follow what they showed in their promo video regarding placing protective pads on staircases, floors, etc. It's not worth it.
I called to see if I could get help I am a single mom and in need to move my stuff out because of some neighbors. The guy was rude and unhelpful rejected me service because I told him some officers would be on standby as we move our stuff and instead he got upset and said "No we don't do that" and hung up.

They provided me with a clear and detailed quote, and followed up with emails and text messages to confirm the moving time and date. Phenomenal. My mother sold her home to some eager buyers and didn’t have much time to clean, organize, pack, and move her belongings. She was scheduled to close on her house on a Monday and had intended for movers from a DIFFERENT company to move her stuff on a Saturday at 8:00 am so she could spend Sunday cleaning. Well… those movers didn’t show and it was now noon leaving her only 36 hours to clear out her house. In a frantic state we started calling around and by some miracle found On The Go Moving.
On The Go Moving was top rate from initial contact with Scot answering questions about booking the move to the very end of the unloading at the new destination. John and Parker arrived right on schedule. We did a walk through first, as not everything was going to our new address. A lot needed to be donated. So, the two efficiently first loaded all the furniture not coming with us and took it to the Goodwill. They then came back and loaded up the furnishings and boxes we were taking to our new home.
