Manager or owner was very unprofessional towards seniors in my building. When I called the company I got the same arrogant treatment. Everyone was wrong but him. …
Very polite and friendly. However, the owner significantly underestimated the size of trucks he required. As a result we had to leave a 1/2 ton truck load and a 6X9 trailer load of property with neighbors. We moved 4 hours east which meant it took several hours of our time and gas to retrieve our property. The owner made no attempt to resolve the problem other than to ask me to "make some decisions" as to what property would not be moved by them.
I had specific instructions to pick up 2 items from my dad’s girlfriend’s house and a desk put to the curb. Out of spite, my dads girlfriend told the movers to put furniture and things in the truck (including the desk) that were not wanted. I’m the customer, I’m paying the bill. So when Brandon the owner argued with me blaming me I felt this was entirely wrong. Stuck with things I didn’t ask to be moved. Would not recommend. Bad customer service.

Fred and his team made our moving day so much less stressful. They were on time, super professional and went out of their way to help us assemble some furniture when we got to our new place. Their attention to detail in making sure our furniture arrived with no damages was very much appreciated. We would definitely hire them again!!
We have used On the Move a few times for larger moves, including packing services, as well as for smaller moves for Reno’s, and every time they have been timely, affordable, efficient and pleasant to work with. I would be more than happy to use their services again or to recommend them to others.

On The Move provides a great service for a great price. They're very reliable. We've used them for 2 big moving jobs, the 2nd was a very full 4 bedroom house plus basement, shed and garden, done in 1 day and not a thing was lost or broken. I'd trust Fred's team anytime with my move!

Used On The Move for our recent move and they were fantastic. We had a fair number of heavy and awkward items (7 foot cactus) and the crew handled it all with ease! They were friendly and easy going.
