Have been waiting with a client all day for a delivery that was scheduled from 2-4 pm, and has just been completed at 7:23 pm. We were quoted a flat fee from the furniture store of $95 (it’s even written on the receipt from the furniture store). We were not given any updates on the delivery time, and had to keep calling the furniture store several times to then have them reach out to the movers. No one ever called us directly.
Hi Emily I apologize about your inconvenience with your delivery and the guys running extremely late. Unfortunately we do run into this inconvenience from time to time during season.
Horrible company. Specifically requested to wrap a $2000 chair and they damaged it. Also, damaged a $5000 piece of art. They took off without loading all the furniture and was late to the move 15 miles away. When asked for help about the damages they lie and say they’ll take care of it but never come to help. Might need to take them to small claims court.
We’re sad to hear that you had this experience. Through the multiple jobs that we’ve done with you we’ve always had a great experience dealing with you and your wife Allison. As far as the chair, I’m glad that we were able to Talk it out and get somebody out to you guys to repair the chair.
I wish I could give zero stars, what an absolute disaster. This company is unprofessional, careless, and downright dishonest. Save yourself the stress and hire literally anyone else. I wouldn’t’ trust On The Move SWFL LLC to move a cardboard box across the street, let alone any of your valuables for any distance in their so-called “trucks”. What a horror show, their fleet of rusted rattling death traps that looked like they belonged in a scrapyard, not on the street. Avoid this pathetic excuse for a moving company.
Hi Carrie, i’m sorry about your experience, however, did you happen to schedule in a different name. I looked through our schedule of previous jobs and couldn’t find anything with your name or job description. I know there sometimes is a mixup with other companies with similar names.

I had an amazing experience with On The Move! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly careful with my belongings. They showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and made what could’ve been a stressful moving day feel smooth and easy. All of my furniture and boxes arrived in perfect condition, and the movers even helped me set things up in my new place exactly how I wanted. Their communication was great throughout the entire process — I always knew what to expect and when.
The Moving Men did a superb job! They handled the furniture with great care! And, placed the furniture where we asked them to place it! And, they did it on-time! I highly recommend ON THE MOVE! Oh, OTM charged a very fair price!
I absolutely recommend On the Move for any of your moving needs. I had originally met them when they helped me with pickup and delivery of local thrift shop items I purchased along the way. I always remembered them as helpful and pleasant. They came to mind again recently when I decided to ship a lot of things from Bonita Springs, FL to Tennessee. This was a huge decision for me. They were fantastic from start to finish. It was a big job and they handled everything so well.
Angela was a Great Help with our moving Forward!! She knows her business and her Staff. This was the 3rd time using On The Move. We had Gene and David, they were EXCELLENT! Did not stop working until we were totally moved in to our new place. They took their time, Very Efficient, very careful with our furniture and personal belongings.
