Update Friday, July 29th: Bad enough this company fell through on our move. From Ronald’s recent response, seems he is now trying to place blame on his clients for HIS error. Unbelievable. Unprofessional. Unethical. To be clear, our piano does NOT have a broken leg, or any broken parts to be even more specific. It was moved without hassle by the Moving Butlers, who had absolutely no issues at all. It was also inspected prior to being moved by a professional piano tuning company who confirmed it was fit for travel.

Called On Time Moving & Storage,set up an appointment for an estimate,did not show up,not a phone call,text,email,to explain for not the no-show! Then we made another appointment,the exact same unprofessional issue! Do not use these people ,disgusting to say the least!
Hi Kathryn, We pay highest attention to every incoming sales lead. I personally double checked notes on all incoming calls past two weeks but did not find your record at all. What you have experienced does not sound like us.
After I was unlawfully evicted, OnTime Storage took possession of nearly $200,000 worth of my home contents and stored it for five months. Ethical Issues — Some employers take the most shocking advantage of people who are down and out. Because somebody give them a bad advice that you’ve got all the cards you’ve got all the leverage you should use it taking advantage when someone is hurting for self-gain is not only dishonorable but also demonstrates a lack of empathy. Beware of corrupt management. I personally met the movers hired on and they reeked of Marijuana. They carelessly had placed my expensive monitor at the bottom of the pile in the moving truck. After unpacking I came to find out the monitor was broken. The owner refused to pay for the damages.

Ronald and his team have always been accomodating and fair with me for the last 6 months. This is my first time using a storage facility and i couldn't be happier with the service. I recently had some items from one of my storage locker moved to a new location and the communication, and prompt delivery was on point. The team arrived within minutes of the scheduled delivery. Any questions I had were handled in a courteous and efficient manner. Ronald has always been keen to answer any of my questions or concerns.

On Time moved my elderly parents. They worked hard for the entire move, I almost can’t believe the pace they maintained. Even though they were busy and sweating, one of them found me an alan key when I asked my family for one, and if my parents asked for something, one of them would stop and help.
