I hired Ox and Bull for a full-service move on June 10, 2026, and it was an awful experience from start to finish. They were supposed to arrive between 9–10am. I heard nothing until I reached out at 10am, and the crew didn't show up until noon — after calling me at 11am to ask what supplies they needed to pick up from Lowe's. For a company that advertises "White-Glove, damage-free service," they arrived without many basic supplies, including scissors.

I booked with ox and bull logistics through movinghelp.com. The service was not good. The crew arrived at 850 with a start time agreed upon at 9am and a end time of 11am schedule . One of the loaders were extremely rude and didn’t know how to properly load. The gentlemen loaded all my light weight items to the front of the truck and loaded all my heavy items to the back of the truck on top of my lightweight items. I told them you don’t load that way but the younger gentlemen insisted he knew what he was doing.

Showed up on time and friendly. However, during moving, they wedged a chair frame in a door and got it stuck to the point that they had to majorly dent the hardwood floors and the doorframe to get it out one way or the other (there was an alternative way with a bigger door frame that was equidistant). No apology was made during that despite incredibly obvious damage, reflecting their lack of care when moving.

I hired 4 guys for 4 hours to move and pack. The contract said they would have shrink wrap and tools to disassemble beds, etc. They showed up with no tools or shrink wrap and after 6 hours had not packed a single box. My wife is recovering from cancer and I am on oxygen due to an accident. Now after over $1600 we are left asking friends to help us finish packing. Response said there was a misunderstanding but they used my tools, my rope and my plastic wrap. The service contract specified moving and packing.

Terrible company to choose. They did not have wrap, pads for protecting furniture or even a ladder to remove tall paintings. I was told I would be issued a refund due to terrible work ethics and now I am being ignored. They hire workers off the street for days of work. I spoke with James/oscar. I cancelled my unloading job with them. Their IG page is NOT WHAT they offer at all.
