I hired this company through Uhaul/MovingHelp.com and, as many have stated, was pressured into leaving a 5-star review upon checking out because the move wasn’t completely finished yet & I didn’t want issues. I was also told they needed a screen shot of review to verify satisfaction with their boss. Sadly my move wasn’t close to 5 star service. Kalvin & Joshua arrived 25mins late and from the beginning moved very slowly. Towards the end, I was helping to move items to the truck to speed things up.
The worst people I ever worked with. Very unprofessional and untrained people. they don't know how to move washer and dryer. All dents and scratches on my washer and dryer. Before the move, i spoke with the manager and requested him to send the experienced staff to move my new washer and dryer. the people when they came, they said they don't know how to carry them. The lazy people I every worked with. They don't know, how to use the space in the uhaul truck effectively. no planning.

I hired this company through Uhaul... BIG MISTAKE! Loading was easy, we had everything in our garage so they just had to load it into the truck. Nothing hard. We ran into problems when it came to unloading. One of our guys was really helpful and nice, but the other one, not so much. He complained the entire time about how much he hates moving, clearly the wrong job for him. This same guy was consistently on his phone or taking breaks.

Untimely and unprofessional. Communication provided by management is abysmal at best. You should be able to trust your belongings with a moving company, this is not the one. Hire your friends kids over this, they’ll do a better job. Rick is going to run this business to the ground QUICKLY. He got emotional over the phone, raised his voice at me, and hung up. They need to hire a manager with a better head on his shoulders that can handle conflict resolution properly.
This person has never done business with UCALL&IHAUL and I'm reaching out to Google to have this review removed immediately!
DO NOT BOOK!!! Rick Kirby is very rude and extremely unprofessional, save yourself the aggravation and book with someone else. He agrees to a date and time and then doesn’t check in & when you reach out to confirm he changes the time at the last minute. What a waste!!

William, this review is based on a lie! We charge a minimum of one hour for overtime and your movers worked almost 30 minutes longer! You had a choice to do the remaining work yourself or pay for us to do it, which we did after you paid! Rick K. owner

Not prepared!!! My children and I did most of the work!!!! Still furniture on my truck. No accountability!! I have been left to move the items on my own.

Khalil and Jorel were absolutely outstanding. They showed up on time, worked incredibly hard from start to finish, and handled all of my furniture and boxes with great care. They were efficient, professional, and had a great attitude the entire move, which made a stressful moving day so much easier! I had some heavy and awkward items, and they tackled everything without complaint while making sure nothing was damaged.
Oswaldo and Allen were absolutely exceptional. Very hardworking and very knowledgeable packers. You really get all the bang for your buck when using them as your movers because they truly didn’t stop from the time they got here until the job was done. This would be the best decision for sure.
