In their own words
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience deserves an honest one. I hired OxStrong Moving for what should have been a very simple move: one bed, one couch, a TV and TV stand, a small desk, and a few smaller items. I was quoted approximately $500 for an estimated two hour move. When the movers arrived, they were maybe in their early 20’s. I was immediately concerned about their level of experience, so I called the company before they even got started.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.
