This storage facility has a lot of hidden theft issues — don’t let the security code door and elevators fool you. I rented a unit here for over a year. The storage unit latches can be easily compromised regardless of the lock you use. The Value Protection Plan you pay for each month is also a misleading, they ignore claims and offer no real help when you need it. On June 11th, 2025, I visited my storage unit to retrieve some important documents that had been stored in a hot pink binder.

Moved to a house don't need storage anymore. Was great in the beginning price kept increasing. Would of just kept it if price didn't skyrocket to almost double what I started at. That being said it was clean and had no problems staff was excellent it's just the constant raising of rate. I was only there for little over a year.
I had a great experience at this storage facility. Ken was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service—thank you, Ken, for going above and beyond!

This was the worst experience of having a storage I've ever had the front manager is very weird he was not willing to work with me when I wanted to move into another storage there and will call me every time my mother will go in the storage …
We regret that you were dissatisfied with your experience at our facility. However, the decision regarding the termination of the rental agreement and the limitation of building access was made after multiple violations of company policies and procedures were documented and communicated.
This place keeps raising their prices every few (4) months. They polished their floors and got dust all over people's belongings.
