The rating breakdown
Google shows 6 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 6 | 100% | |

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
P&O Movers are FANTASTIC! Highly professional piano moving with excellent communication, exquisite care, a highly efficient process & competitive price. They moved my midcentury beauty -- a walnut Baldwin Acrosonic. I cannot recommend them enough!
Roy Gibson is not only an excellent and efficient mover, he is also an effective manager and great example of how to run a business. He communicates well, is on time, organizes and manages his crew calmly and directly. All my items were easily loaded with his lift enabled truck and handled with care, strapped securely and moved without incident. While he was there to mainly move my piano, for an additional fee, he moved some general household items and furniture. This was very helpful to my family and me.
Used them for the second time to move my piano, and once again they delivered excellent service. Professional, careful with the instrument, and made the process stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone needing specialized piano moving.
Roy and Tony were fabulous. They showed up when they said they would be here, they got to work and moved my baby grand piano down 16 stairs with no problem whatsoever. Walls, floors, stairs, and most importantly piano were in perfect shape. They were recommended to me, and I am 100% recommending them to any one that needs a piano moved.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
