We paid close to 1400 for 3 movers to move our packed 3 bedroom home. It took them 10.5 hours! Would we hire Titan Relocation again? Absolutely not. Would we recommend them? Only to our enemies. How would I describe them in a few words? Careless, inefficient and unprofessional. I won’t burden you with details (unless you want them see below) but let me say their carelessness is a gift that kept giving as we unpacked. We’ve had to replace several items as a result of their negligence.
Hello Yalonda. Thank you for sharing your experience with our services, we appreciate your input. It is very important for us. We always recommend to all our clients to use bigger crews. Your situation is a perfect example of what happens when a move is underestimated by a client.
I tried to leave another review, but somehow I got taken down. Do not trust the owner and this company. Several damaged and missing items such as jewelry tools and some sports memorabilia. Extreme service I don’t understand all the five star reviews. If you are a senior or single, please be careful and get a second third and fourth quote.

I'll preface my remarks by saying that the owner, Stan, reimbursed me less than 1% of my cost based on the following. I was guaranteed, in fact, promised that my move from Orange County to Contra Costa County, would be stressfree. It was anything but!! I have moved more times that I care to count, including cross country, but this is the first time I have had things damaged, broken, and been subjected to the use of foul language by the crew, (which was hand picked by Stan) and the job not completed.
We are sorry to hear that your moving experience did not go as expected, we try our best to provide quality service to all of our clients and we will most definitely take any suggestions into consideration for our future moves.
I hired thir business for storage services last year and when I got my stuff back some of my belongings were missing I wouldn't recommend them .

I recently used Titan Relocation Services for my apartment move in Hacienda Heights, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, the communication was clear, professional, and honest about pricing and timing. On moving day, the crew arrived on time, fully prepared, and ready to work. They handled everything with care—from my furniture to fragile items—and made sure nothing was damaged during the move. What really stood out was how efficient and organized the team was.
If I can give them more than 5 stars I would. We had our move in July. They were very straightforward with pricing, what you see online is what you get. One of the thing a lot of people are concerned about when hiring movers was if the workers will milk the time. With Titan, not at all! In hot summer month, they came 8am, for one bedroom apartment size move, we took about 4 hours, moving distance was 10minutes apart. Not once the guys stop to make phone calls, or even rest!

I called Titan for a quote for a long distance move from OC to Mammoth, from one storage unit to another. Joel was responsive to my request and asked good questions to understand my move situation. I received a prompt and comprehensive quote and the price was VERY competitive among 5 other quotes I received. Stan and the loading crew arrived on time and loaded my belongings carefully and quickly into the truck. They wrapped furniture and temporarily boxed smaller items for the transport.

Amazing experience. Don't let these other reviews fool you, the move went flawlessly and the guys (Frankie, Cisco, and Greg) were wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. When you look at the any negative reviews keep this in mind and take my advice: "They were slow and would stop working": they're human and its a very physical job. They're allowed to breath/take breaks. Be patient, because I'd rather they work right and not get hurt from exhaustion or damage my things.
