The rating breakdown

Google shows 16 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

What satisfied customers point to

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Peter was the best resource for our piano move. We had family heirloom grand piano to move from N. Vancouver to Prince George. We opted to do the transport ourselves and hired Peter for the move in. He has a wealth of knowledge and helped us so much. We even took his piano skid (checked baggage on the plane) to Vancouver. Start to finish Peter was the professional that we needed for a successful piano move.

Writing to let everyone know about the awesome experience I had with PS Pianos. Bought a used Yamaha CP60 (made in 1984) Peter and his team took care of me, packaged it up carefully and had it shipped up to the Yukon where it arrived in excellent condition. Excellent service and prices and they treat you like you matter. Thanks so much guys! 10/10, A++++++++++++++++

P.S. Pianos team was awesome. From Ben at the store who set everything up to his skilled team of piano movers, we were very happy with their work. They have the piano specific moving tools and adapt as needed to each house. And ours was an out of town move. We would recommend them to anyone!
