In their own words
My unit was broken into while I was in between homes, using this as a secure place to save my things. My most sentimental items were all stolen. I later learned there had been many break-ins at this location before me, but the management didn't think it was important to tell anyone. They were not able to provide CCTV footage or any other evidence. According to the insurance company, my whole lifetime of memories was worth about $500.
These individuals were VERY rude and demeaning. They would not collaborate. They don't give people the time of day. I called with a question and I got told to keep calling back to speak to the manager's husband. When I asked for a good time to call back, she said to "just keep trying". Extremely poor and unprofessional management.
I had a unit here for almost a year. I think it is the cheapest rate around town. It wasn’t bad until the winter. They are understaffed so it is really hard to talk to a person, they manage multiple locations. The hours are short, you lose access at 9pm, and if you’re in there after 9 you’re stuck. There was multiple times in the winter where the gates were closed with no warning and you were not able to access your unit; they do not plow or de ice at all.
Horrible experience. Online portion did not work. Chat help was useful but when the pain called they could not assist with navigation of their own processes. After signing docs online, had website difficulty and abandoned process with …

I rent a 5 x 10 unit and the cost goes up every month now up to 182.00 I do not understand I am never late with my payment and yet the price per month keeps going up.Kaleb sucks!!
Their prices were the best in town once upon a time. Now they raise them at least once a year. This time by 200 dollars a year.
100% rate hike in two years. Lots of issues with gate security. Much more affordable options in town with better service.

I am very happy with my experience at Pacific Self Storage. I called to inquire about a unit and Joe returned my call quickly. We set up a time for me to see some different units so I could decide which size would fit my needs. Joe was patient with me and showed me everything I wanted to see. The facility is neat, orderly and I am pleased with the security measures.

Great place to store your stuff. Price was fair. Signing up was easy and moving out was equally as easy. Joseph was very polite and helpful. I would use there storage units in the future if I'm ever in need. 5 stars!
