I'm sad to have to leave this review, but I am even more sorry that I paid their bill. I think the whole thing could have been prevented by Piano Moving Artists admitting that refrigerators are not their specialty. It was a terrible, terrible experience. It was a complicated refrigerator delivery onto a floating home. The appliance shop could only bring the fridge onto the dock so I hired Piano Moving Artists to bring the refrigerator onto the boat and install it.
This review comes as a surprise to me, as Jeannette was observing us the entire time, and at the end of the move, she was very happy with our work. She did a full inspection of the house and refrigerator and didn’t mention any problems. … More
No showed our appointment with zero notification. Messaged me two full hours after the pickup window to say they could pick it up and deliver the piano another day. I was extremely excited to get a piano but the day of the move I was completely ghosted, called three times and texted with no response. I absolutely hate writing negative reviews but this was such a disappointing experience.
This review is not accurate. Our appointment was for 3pm, we called in advance to inform that we are running late and tried to reschedule for 5pm. Alex said that this time doesn't work for him. I tried to find another time that works for … More

Piano Moving Artists did an excellent job of removing the piano from our old house. They were responsive, prompt, friendly, efficient and careful. Thank you Peter for your great work.

Professional handling, knowledge of management, great price and good time management
Thank you for taking your time to write this review. We are glad we were of service and hope you are enjoying your piano! 🙏 …
I called Piano Moving Artists after a failed attempt by another moving company. They were able to respond very quickly to my request and scheduled my move in less than 36 hours from when I called them which was a life saver for me. They communicated well throughout the process and their movers were clearly professional with all of the right knowhow and equipment to do the job right. I was concerned about my wood floors, but they didn't leave a scratch at all. They were in and out very quickly.
I had a great experience with Piano Moving Artist and Piano Storage. Peter responded immediately and was able to accommodate my request for next-day piano moving, which I really appreciated. The team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and delivered service with a smile. The price was more than reasonable, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely use this company again for any future piano moving needs. Highly recommended!
Etta, thank you for your awesome review! Congratulations on the new floors, it looks really nice. Happy to have been of service!
