Was 6 hours late and I found they had done 2 other moves before getting to my huge move and the team was already exhausted. Packed my cross country container with no skill or thought to protecting the surfaces. Did about $6000 worth of damage and then when I sent Ryan a detailed email with photos and descriptions for an insurance claim he completely ghosted me. This guy does shoddy work and doesn’t care about you or your stuff. He does not stand by his work and his team is poorly trained.

ALERT! Stay away from this company by all means. It is a nightmare to work with this company!!! MY BEST FRIEND IS GETTING SCREWED BY THEM !!!!! Now if they damage your stuff THEY WILL DISAPPEAR! I will never go to them again or recommend them!! They are here to screw you over and take your money! Be aware and be very warned! GO TO SOMEONE ELSE!! THEY BROKE MY EXPENSIVE TREDMILL ETC AND WONT EVEN REPLY TO MY TEXTS OR CALLS!!!
Completely unaccountable and unprofessional. They broke valuables, delivered less than was packed, moved from state to state and claimed to be bonded and insured. Now they are unresponsive to every attempt that has been made. Hopefully taking legal matters will motivate them to respond.
Didn’t show up when they were supposed to show up and then missed when they said they would be here. This is likely because they asked me very few questions about my job. This is exactly why we have a deposit. So both of us have skin in the game. So when customers book us at the last minute and cancel at the last minute make it less likely that we will have a calendar full of uncommitted customers.

I had an amazing experience with this moving company from start to finish. From the very first phone call about a week before my move, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Moving can be very stressful, but they made the whole process so much easier. The movers who came to help unload my truck into my third-floor apartment were absolutely unbelievable. Moving can feel overwhelming and honestly a little nerve-wracking especially when you’re trusting people with items that hold real sentimental value. Which is why I’m glad I chose this company to work with. Right off the bat they were punctual and professional.
