Packpro movers are a completely scam and extremely unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would, but it made me give at least 1. They advertise being a full service mover, who can handle washer and refrigerators but then state we aren't "professionals" if someone goes wrong. At first they are extremely good with responding and setting up a moving quote but on the official day of moving that goes extremely down hill.
Do not hire this company! Hired them to pack our furniture properly and professionally to protect it from damage. Many, many pieces of furniture scratched, gouged or ripped. When contacted the person told me to use a furniture marker to …

Worst move I have ever had. Left numerous boxes, drapes, pots and many other items. When I unpacked the boxes, the items were just thrown in and not wrapped. I picked this company from the other reviews but believe me, they are awful.

Wow, thank you Tammy! Climbing four flights of stairs in 100 degree Texas heat with heavy furniture and not a single complaint or break is the absolute definition of a powerhouse performance.
D’Arin, Segundo, Silder, Mathomas, and Ladarius were absolutely AMAZING! This was hands down one of the best moving crews we’ve worked with. D’Arin was our lead/driver, and he was exceptional from start to finish. He was professional, organized, extremely helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the entire move. The entire crew WORKED! They moved quickly and efficiently while still being careful with all of our belongings.

Cannot say enough good things about Allan, Ledarius, and Will!! They were amazing during our move. Constant communication, treated all of our stuff with so much care and worked incredibly fast. We ended up not being able to make it there until later that evening, and instead of leaving, they waited on us before heading home for the night which honestly meant a lot to us. That kind of consideration is rare these days. Moving is usually stressful, but these guys made everything so much easier.
