I unfortunately cannot recommend Pacs Moving. I was excited to find them as they had so many great reviews and were affordable but, alas, you really do get what you pay for. Everything before my move went well. My interactions with Paul were pleasant and I was able to get the move scheduled on short notice. On the day of, the movers were very efficient and got the move done as quickly as possible.
Hello, this is truly unfortunate, as we took the bed apart we did inform you of the missing hardware and 4 months after the move you submitted this review

So, I've had my share of moves in my lifetime, and they are always stressful. I have to give credit where credit is due and thank the Pac's moving Team for the least stressful move ever! I like to give a great review when earned, and I like to share a great experience if it helps others. Finding a good mover is always daunting! I found Pac's by referral, and they did not fail to deliver! (Pun intended). From the onset of the estimate and quote process, they were diligent, responsive and professional.
I’ve been using Pacs Moving and Storage for the past 3 years, and I can’t recommend them enough. Their service is always exceptional, the team is professional, reliable, and goes above and beyond to make the moving process stress-free. Professional experience! We got a referral for service on Facebook through a Facebook group. We called the owner, he got back to us right away. Really nice guy! Billy , Dre ,and Christian where constantly working and attentive to the care of my belongings. They worked really well as a team and super communicative. Just an FYI I usually move my self, but this was the first time I hired a company to assist with my move i could not be more pleased.
