I never put reviews but for the first time i had to. I had a parked truck and just needed to be moved. So all i needed was a driver not a tow truck. The lady on the cell. It’s 400 and some dollars plus 140 for storage. I agreed. Fast forward next day my guy went to pick up the truck. They charged me 1300. The reason they gave me was we thought you meant a different check point. I literally called gave them the complete address. And it was about 45 min away from them.
not true at all . was told the tractor trailer was impounded at the CHP check point on I 8 five miles away. upon arrival we were told it was at the check point on hwy 78 , 63 miles one way 126 round trip.
My husband believed this was the place that towed his vehicle. Turns out it was a mistake, but thank God it was. My brief two interactions with the call taker were really unpleasant, she was rude and said that I would need to provide a make …

Horrible don’t use this company they lie about locations and say they closed it just to send a driver allegedly further from where your at an wana charge a minimum 600$ that’s not for nothing just a minimum charge .
supply and demand . some times the nearest truck in not available. we were honest to tell you that. it cost you nothing to call some one else closer.
Horrible experience, expensive, we had to choose them just because there were no more options. No help at all on business. Needed a truck repair and towed a commercial truck back to Parker all over from Phoenix.

Incredible times in the Yuma Sand Dunes two weeks ago. Although it was a an intense journey back to Sierra Vista Az. I was in a tough situation when the diesel truck cv joint went out towing our 40ft 5th wheel and additional sand car trailer. We had awesome support from Dan at Parker Towing located in Yuma Az and Brian at Dicks Towing located in Yuma az for their prompt help on I 8. It was a relief to clear the highway quickly in less than an hour!
