If I could give this business 0 stars I would. While the movers were inexperienced but polite, Randy was the worst human being I have ever encountered. He blamed broken and ruined items on me and my family rather than errors made by the movers and claimed that we couldn't complain because "we aren't professional movers." He then was unapologetically rude and argumentative on the phone when we called to discuss the issues with the move. Additionally, he estimated our move would take 3 hours.
Awful company! DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Reserved them for set date, paid deposit and they never showed up. Called when they never showed up and they transfered to voicemail. Called 15 times and was sent straight to …
There were several issues when using this moving company. First off the quote was very misleading. The quote was for two hours worth of work when they end up having to do seven. Secondly the crew they sent out was all their first day and were very inexperienced with moving. Throw off they damaged the carpet in our apartment and dented the wall in our new townhome.
If you are reading this, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I had this company scheduled to handle my move for over a month and this company was not available the day of my move and then rescheduled after I had to call them over 15 times to get in contact with someone. I spent close to two full days waiting for the movers to arrive to my storage unit. This company was not honest about their availability nor were they interested in making things right. I requested 3 men and a 26 foot truck.
This was absolutely the worst moving company that we could have hired. They did not complete the job. Left furniture in the home flipped on its side. Left empty tape rolls everywhere and left their equipment. They lost hardware to one of our beds. When contacted the management said sorry. We can come back out and get our stuff and move the rest of yours for 420.00. Very unprofessional. A tree branch was also caught under their truck and thrown into our neighbors flower bed!

This is the worse company I have ever used in my life. Randy will tell you one price in the beginning, then charge you double than what he told you originally before unload. Crew worked really hard and were very polite, but are not professional movers. They dinged and scratched up my new walls. Do not recommend ever.

From start to finish these guys were great. Excellent communication, fast and efficient, and these guys put in some work. I have a solid oak bedroom set and a pretty solid king set- and even though the floor plan of my new place wasn’t exactly “large headboard friendly” These guys busted their butts to make sure that I was in my new place before the end of day. They even disassembled and reassembled for me, so all I have to worry with is putting up the random odds and ends. Thank you Ross, Mark and Kam.

This was our first time hiring movers and we can honestly say we’ll never do it by ourselves again! The guys that came out from Pauly’s were not only extremely great at what they do, but they were funny and super nice. The combination made for a good day with no stress whatsoever! We also received various phone calls from the office (Randy) on the days leading up to our move and on moving day itself to make sure we were all taken care of. 10/10 would recommend and ask for Markk, Ross, and Chris!
