The rating breakdown
Google shows 19 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 2 of those are one or two star.

NO SHOW !!! after scheduling more than a month in advance. Their workers didn't show up for work. It's costing me more money since I now have to pay rent at 2 locations, and I must now co-ordinate another move. If there's a #1 rule in the moving business, I think it would be to SHOW UP !!! I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND Pearl City Movers!
Very frustrated. They were over an hour late. I called and left message after numerous attempts in calling and calling. Someone finally got back to me after waiting another 20 min. Only to find out that their vehicle had a flat tire, and they were calling the wrong contact.

We moved so easily only because of Pearl City Movers. These guys were very punctual and responsive. They were on time and really efficient with putting the boxes in the truck. We didn't have anything damaged. Very fair, prompt, courteous service! Would recommend to everyone.
I had a wonderful first experience with Pearl City. Movers were on time and price was exactly as quoted at first! Overall smooth relocation experience. I've saved myself from unnecessary stress and worries. I'll highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers.
Everything about this moving company was perfect. They were quick and professional and did the job easily and smoothly. No damage, no problems at all. The pricing was pretty fair, I stayed in the budget which was quite limited. It was a good experience.
Thanks a lot to Pearl City Movers who exceeded my expectations. They really listened to my concerns and desires. They moved everything safely and exactly that time I had asked. Very reliable company and well-organized customer service. We were more than happy that had chosen them among various moving companies. 5 stars for sure!
