[BEWARE] Thieves on-site. I am a Military member which I rented their storage unit for almost two years and trusted their security and policies to keep some of my photos, portraits, military gear, musical instruments, decoration, collection, furniture, and tools. On 15JUN23, I opened the roll up door and discovered all mentioned items went missing. I am confident that I locked my storage and checked it twice every time I leave. No forceful entry. It’s literally a normal day.

If you're looking for it you have to enter the private property where GPS takes you then you will see a sign. It is not labeled from outside the private property which is confusing. They didn't have the truck we reserved and couldn't help to find one on island either. Not helpful. EDIT: I have since lowered my review because after I left my review, I received a call from Rachelle the manager who was not happy that I said she was unhelpful.

I realize that your vehicles are utilized mostly for moving stuff and might be a little dusty or some dirt. But the truck that we rented, had so much dog hair in it “everywhere” I was just waiting for the dog to jump out at me! It was disgusting, I tried to clean it out but, there was no way without a good vacuum! I should have inspected before he drove off! It would be nice if, someone would inspect for cleanliness as well,instead of just dent and scratches! The inside should be just as important as the outside!

I was kicked out before closing. The posted hours are not actual. We have had multiple units at this location through 2 different owners and now they treat us like dirt. Very disappointed.. they tried to tell me their hours changed.. but the website, the sign at the gate, and maps show the hours. They need to consider that the customers agreement to rent includes access.

Used to have 5 stars but been getting very frustrated. Today is the 4th time they have reset my access hours with 0 notice. So I am stuck waiting at least a hour to get my boat for someone to show up and reset them back. Also like any storage place expect the price to go up every year.
