It always floods when it rains. I've had water in my unit several times. A lot of water damage. Update: I made this review 7 years ago, and today 7 years later I received a response. Thank you so much for caring enough to get back with me. But, it's to late. Lost everything due to the water damage. 7 years worth of rain was just to hard to stop. But again thank you!

I am very disappointed in the facility. I had to rent this storage unit sight unseen as I was moving from another state. I was told it was a 10x10 it wasn’t, it is a 7 x 11. I had just driven 600 miles, I had help to unload my Uhaul…I had …
I would give it a -0! The “climate control” units are full of spiderwebs and dirt. When you walk in to go to your unit spiderwebs are everywhere and dirt, old cut off locks are all over. It’s just not well maintained. …

I rented a unit yesterday to get there today and it has a pad lock on it along with one of their red locks. Two trucks loaded down and a waist of gas and time.

We have used this unit 3 years now for storing all my college students large items so we don't have to bring them back and forth. Very clean and everything stayed dry and undamaged. Its nice and close to college and price fits the budget. We got the smaller unit (5×10) and it fits comfortably her fridge, microwave, desk chair, futon and boxes of clothes and cleaning stuff.

I’ve rented units with them previously so when I came back to the area I chose them once again due to reliability and decent pricing. I rented a climate control unit from 9/23 to 2/24 with no issues at all. Easy access and well lit.

Great prices, great service, Natalie was wonderful to work with! RV & boat storage area around perimeter could use some fresh gravel on south side. Security fencing needs improvements.
