I have been paying for my unit for 3 years, I had a financial issue and they would not take partial payments. Screwed me. Which me who is trying to live paycheck by paycheck, I couldn’t do it. So built up and laid it and paid it. Then probably the 5th time they were going to place it on auction I call the day before to pay it, I messed up the day and they sold it 30 min before I called. Then I called back to ask if they could give my info to the buyer to give me my personal Al stuff that they will just throw away.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! All my stuff was ruined. They are infested with mice and the units leak. Been renting from them for 2 years and I've had enough. All my stuff was ruined and when I called the manager EJ he said "Well idk what u want me to do your the only one that's complained" Well I flagged down a few ppl over the past weekend and they all told me that they were having the same problem so no its not just me.

They took charges out of my account on days they were not supposed to causing an over draft fee on my account. Not only did they do nothing about it, they did not care at all!! Then they were rude to me on top of it!! Horrible people. I will be moving m,y stuff as soon as I can!!! I will not recommend this facility to anyone!!
I’m sorry you had a poor experience with AllStar Puro. Truthfully, storage experiences are much better when payments are made timely and in full. We would have been within our rights to have sold your unit for months of nonpayment.
This place isn't worth the money. It's cheap and it shows. Units leak, infested with mice, and if you are 5 days late you get a $20 late fee. New management? Can't really tell the difference. Place is a dump and should be shut down. Better off leaving your stuff outside.

I've had a unit here for over 3 years now & never had any issues until recently. New management took over sometime within the last year & since then my bill has gone up twice, my due date changed which cut me short by 10 days, the onsite …

I was billed for a unit I never moved into after I told Cindy it was not going to work for me. They proceeded to charge my credit card. When I called they said they would not return my money. Very poor customer service.

Don't rent a unit from this company. They constantly raise the rates. It doesn't matter to them how long you've had the unit. They don't care. They are absolutely awful!!!

I checked on my units after a rainstorm, only to find one has a roof leak, and it is presently raining again. I am still waiting to hear what they are going to do.....

Great location- right off the interstate and tucked back behind thick line of trees/woods to offer extra privacy that most storage spots do not offer. Gated with surveillance so I never have to worry about the status of my treasured belongings —as well as my own personal safety. And if that isn’t enough to convince you that !!THIS IS THE STORAGE FACILITY YOU WANT!! the customer service is the best you will ever receive— I’ll bet money on it!

We are very happy renting 2 units from them, and its Because of their friendliness especially We like the safe n secure facility system they offer for units and customers. Secure and inexpensive storage for my rv. Customer service was always great, always able to speek to helpful real people! The only thing I had issue with was the outside storage always became heavily overgrown with chest high weeds during the summer.
