Please do NOT waste your time or money. Learn from me. After weeks of planning and emails with my PetRelocation agent, at the final stage, two weeks before my cat was supposed to fly, which is the crucial part of the move, ghosted me. She did not return any calls or emails. In fact her last words were “can I call you back in an hour?”. I had no choice but to pivot and use another company (Starwood Pets who incidentally were FANTASTIC!!) which costed me money and delayed my trip by a month!
Fell far short of my expectations and promises made to me. More involvement of pet owners is required to pull off the relocation with this outfit. I don't know where to start, from the botched handling of USDA paperwork to having zero knowledge of destination agent/process, wrong phone numbers of destination agent and zero updates for +5 hours after arrival at destination. When they find out you are calling the destination agent directly, you then ironically get updates.
Would NOT recommend this company. They lost our pet and didn't even know they had until we told them where the tracker said they were. The pet stayed in China where they couldn't be let out so peed and pooped in the kennel, and arrived 3 days late. They have not refunded any of the trip 4 months later. They also haven't refunded for our dog who passed away before travel despite giving them plenty of advanced warning.
This was one of those terrible traumatic experiences i wish never happened. All this company did was take my 5k!!! Check for alternative companies in the country you are moving to. Check about getting your pet vaccines you think they don’t need. Check all the other ways you may be able to move your dog/pet !!!

Absolutely wonderful. This will be quite the tale to share, and if you're considering choosing this company I recommend you read this review because it will make sense why I am leaving a 5-star Review. If you don't have the time to read I can guarantee this company will make your move happen and they will not sugar coat/give false promises on impossible things they cannot deliver. 100% honesty, 100% quality, and 100% delivery is my experience here.
Moving our family of five pets—our two huge dogs (Ezekiel - Doberman Pinscher & Michonne - Bloodhound) and three cats (Yoda, Kikko, & Echo)—from our farm in Missouri all the way to our new home in Manila, Philippines, was a massive logistical challenge. Pet Relocation handled every single detail with world-class professionalism, empathy, and care.
Maegan of Pet Relocation was awesome from start to finish for the relocation of our dog to Mexico. At all times she was involved in the process and very responsive. She and her team ensured all medical requirements were satisfied in advance of travel, facilitating a seamless and safe relocation experience. A driver picked our dog up in Washington and transported him to New York, then ensured he was safely checked into his flight to the City of Mexico.

PetRelocation was incredible in helping us move our cat to New Zealand, and Natalia Breslauer was exceptional throughout the entire process. She was responsive, organized, reassuring, and consistently followed through on every detail. At one point, I made a significant mistake that could have complicated the relocation, but Natalia handled it with patience, professionalism, and grace. She never made us feel judged or overwhelmed—she simply focused on finding a solution and came through for us completely.
