The rating breakdown
0 of the 22 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Pete's Piano Service are one or two star.
Worked out from 22 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
Pete did a fantastic job! My piano sounds beautiful now! I highly recommend Pete for piano tuning. He is professional and responsive to messages. He thoroughly explained all the work my piano needed and answered my questions. He was very helpful! Before, my piano was out of tune and a couple keys wouldn't play. After Pete made a few repairs and tuned it, my piano sounds amazing!
Pete is wonderful! My husband and I first met him when we bought a Yamaha Disklavier player piano at West Music ten years ago. We had recently moved and needed to have it tuned and updated. We contacted West Music and found out that Pete was no longer the piano dept. manager there. After getting extremely poor customer service from West Music, we went online and found Pete. We couldn't be happier!! Pete came to our home to diagnose the problems.
I highly recommend Pete's Piano Service; he is extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, was timely and even went above and beyond by helping me move the piano to clean behind it and plug in a lamp that I had just purchased because the outlet was behind the piano... he taught me the proper way to clean and move the piano in case we need to move it again in the future. Wonderful to work with; I highly recommend him!
Pete did an amazing and thorough job restoring my 30ish year old piano to better than I've ever heard it play. it's perfect. He even fixed the music stand that I've been meaning to fix for years. It meant a lot to me to have it working and sounding so good again. Pete was very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate throughout the entire process and I highly recommend him! Very talented!
