7 Month Late Review. I did not want to give this review. The first group of movers were EXCELLENT. CJ was efficient and the other two men were fine and friendly. I was in preparation of selling my condo and buying another one in another state. At a later point I used them to complete my move in preparation of moving to OH. At this point there were additional movers with them. Honestly, when I opened my door, I felt a little uneasy about the additional ones-specifically one individual.

When I was quoted for the move I over estimated the amount of stuff I would have then move. Was promised for movers and received 2 working movers and an 3rd who was injured. At the end the price was $200 more. Travel time was exaggerated. Made payment then continued to be harassed about payment even though they removed it from my account already. When I asked how my mom with a 5 bedroom house was charged less than me with a 2 bedroom apartment they couldn’t explain.

I didn’t use their services but they will harass you until you do. I’ve received an influx of calls and emails, even after refusing services. The lady was nice on the phone but I do not want to be contacted anymore.

My experience with Petra was by far better than I expected. Dan was very professional, kind and diligent from the beginning by providing a quote during the weekend. Communication was clear and timely, and reminders very helpful. Have had two great experiences with Petra. They are reliable, communicative, flexible, and affordable. They are also careful with your things! extremely incredible group of people I was having car troubles on the side of the highway, and they were nice enough to jump me off and lend a helping hand. They were extremely nice and amazing. although I did not use them to move. I would definitely recommend them as they are honest and amazing guys and if I am to move in the future, I would want to use them!
