In their own words
I called Piano Distributors to get some advice on moving a piano from Orlando to Miami. I was getting quotes of $1700 from other companies which seemed a bit outrageous to me. Bill was extremely kind and offered his advice. He put me in touch with Mike who moves pianos for them. 5 days later I have a beautiful piano sitting in my living room. They charged only $699 (a deal!) and were communicative, kind, efficient, and most importantly took great care of the piano in transit. We couldn’t be more thrilled!
Don’t hesitate! Come here to get your favourite piano! I have bought two yahama pianos for my children. One is digital, another is acoustic piano. Not only the pianos are in top qualities, but Steve, the owner of the store, worths more than a book to praise about. When I brought home my first Yamaha clavinova digital piano about 3 years ago, He visited my house spending time showing us how every button works in detail and making sure we were comfortable and satisfied.
We were extremely pleased with the prompt sales service and excellent communication about the various pianos we were considering. Stephen who handle all the arrangements was terrific.
Impressive to find such high quality sales and service nowadays. Met with Steve, had spoken by phone before the new years. Invited us in to give us a crash course in Piano ownership. I have not learned so much in years ! From how new pianos get to know their owners to the differences between brands, models, sizes and features. We found a Yamaha that we like a lot and thanks to their advice and welcoming customer service, we will hopefully have it in our home soon.
