The rating breakdown
Google shows 16 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I have had a wonderful experience with Mike from the beginning. He was prompt in returning emails and calls when I was interested in the piano inventory. My beautiful Piano was delivered quickly and no damages occurred. Also prompt for the piano tuning, he contacted me first for the reminder. I hands down recommend his services. Such an easy process and very convenient.
Thanks for sharing and highlighting what I endeavor to accomplish at Piano Dude! Keep Playing!
Idk what took me so long to find this Dude but eventually thankful that no one returned my calls to move my piano. Mike is responsive, excellent to work with and fair pricing. Thx brah!
Appreciate the feedback and your business!!
After months of searching through Facebook marketplace, bigger stores, and other avenues all throughout the NOCO area, I finally reached out to the Piano Dude (Mike). I wasted a lot of time and energy just as his website states because I was apprehensive to go an unconventional route. Given the spirit of 2020 I really wanted to support someone local and doing great work. I noticed a great piano pop up on his website and when I asked the price, I was sold.
Michelle...flattered by this! You summarized exactly what I endeavor to provide! I hope you and your family enjoy the piano and play often!
The piano of my little girl (and adult) dreams now lives in my living room thanks to the piano dude. After years of playing whatever used piano I could get my hands on, it was time to buy the piano I have always wanted... My husband and I spent several arduous months looking for a used grand or baby grand piano and continued to be disappointed in our finds. Then we found piano dude and his inventory... which included my beautiful Yamaha.
Amanda....so glad I could be a small part of your piano experience...keep playing!!
