What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I had a Steinway baby grand moved from storage to my house and my old Chickering upright piano moved from my house to a new owner’s home in one fell swoop. Derek and Andy were wonderfully professional, and more than happy to teach this curious pianist all about the process of moving the instrument, which they did with careful yet efficient skill. The Emporium was accommodatingly flexible with scheduling and paying for the move was super easy and reasonably priced.
Love, love, love this place! Hands on owner who cares about the customer. If you're on the market for a piano (or piano movers) I highly recommend Piano Emporium. After much research, I bought a Yamaha M306 Cherry upright from the Hendersonville Rd location. Knowledgeable, personable staff and the movers are reliable, careful, and right on time. A great local business!
Shane and his people have been very professional and responsive. I had a great experience
I am so thankful for the great help I got from Dave at the Hendersoville Road Emporium. I needed a digital piano for my smallish condo and wanted to be sure I got the best virtual piano experience I could, careful to only burden my budget with just the right feature set that would be essential to enhancing my piano experience. Dave graciously encouraged me to sample nearly every piano in the store over the course of 2+ months and several visits.
We are so glad you had a wonderful experience. And thank you so much for your kind review!
