The rating breakdown
Google shows 10 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 9 | 90.0% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 1 | 10.0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Walter and Sally are the best in the business, hands down. They rebuilt my 1930 Bechstein, which is one of the most beautiful things I’ve encountered in my life. They have always been extremely professional and the tuning and maintenance service they provide is extremely high quality. I feel extremely lucky to have them here in Columbus.
I needed a family heirloom 1890's Boesendorfer 225 moved from my mother's house to mine after she passed. No one in Dothan would touch it. Fortunately, this company knew exactly what we had and how to handle it. They worked with my tricky schedule. Three very polite young and obviously well trained and smart men showed up. They carefully disassembled the legs and pedals.
Thank you so much for the wonderful review. Our crew is made up of music students from CSU's Schwob School of Music here in Columbus. They will really appreciate your compliments on their work.
Spot on! There is no better demonstraion of art than the trade craft I witnessed today. Every detail showed me Craftsmship and and patience.
Amazing !! They offer classes, repair, tuning, in awe of such wonderful business owner. The pianos are wonderful and in great prices.
