The rating breakdown
Google shows 19 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 18 | 94.7% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 1 | 5.3% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Excellent experience!! I'm so pleased with the options available, the help I received making my decision, and the prompt and careful delivery. Also, I'm so happy to be able to support this local business!
Thank you for the wonderful review, Helen! Choosing the right piano is a big decision, and we're thrilled we could help you find the perfect match. We appreciate you trusting us with the delivery and for shopping local. Enjoy your new piano!
Pianos of Princeton did a great job moving my mother-in-law’s piano for a reasonable price. Movers were friendly and knowledgeable about moving pianos. Highly recommend!
Hi Lucy. Thank you for the 5 star review. We are lucky to have such a great Delivery team!
My colleague from work recommended this place, and I am convinced that the colleague likes me, because what an amazing place! This review is long but I think Randy and Chris deserve a huge thank you. This was our first piano purchase. We wanted a white Yamaha B2. We knew it was rare, but boy oh boy was it rare at this time especially, because Yamaha decided to change factories which meant a couple months of no new B line pianos.
James, thank you so much for taking the time to write this — and please tell your colleague we agree, they clearly like you very much! We're so glad we could make this experience a memorable one. … More
