Unreliable/Unprofessional company. One of their members came to the house and gave us a quote. Scheduled a move for Saturday 10AM - they called 30 minutes prior to move time and said they could not get their truck fixed in time and won't be able to make it today. Hey we apologize for the inconvenience. But we tried calling back couple of time to resolve this issue but no-one answered there phone. Please call us we would love to give you a big discount due to our inconvenience. Once again we apologize this is the first time this had happened.
Besides that my moving day was pushed a day after, they also came late. It took a whole day to move from Queens to Brooklyn. When I was able to unpack the next day, I plugged the tv and my tv is damaged in the screen. I contacted Mohammad and sent him the pic. Left me on read and never followed back up with me. Now I have a broken tv, not professional and not responsive.

Im sorry to say but we went up and beyond for your move. We gave you a very reasonable price for the distance you moved to about 40 miles out. We also didn’t charge you for all the extra item/ pieces you added which you never mentioned on the phone.
