I’ve waited about six months to post this review because I’m moving company chose to not make anything right.. we used them for a brand new house build in Bentonville. They promised us they could do a pack up and move of a 4000 square-foot house in two days, which took them four days which is totally fine except for the fact that it tripled the price of every other quote that we received and the damage to our new house was in excess of $20,000.
This is my 31st move and by far the WORST company I've ever used! Things are thrown in the truck, not boxed. Antiques are barely wrapped. I made this easy for the movers because I minimizedand an being way over charged. They stood around for FOUR hours waiting to hear from their dispatch! I'm moving to Kentucky and I expect most of my things to be damaged! Not worth the $150000 we will end up paying! Seriously, don't use this company.

Update. The response that was given to this review is not honest. My husband has responded and was left without a response still. If they did file claim, we got NOTHING from it. …
I have been in communication with Mr. Wood. I had just asked if he had spoken to anyone in the lobby since everything was out of apartment. The next step is the claims process, we will take care of any issues. Update: Im not sure what is not honest in this response.
By far the worst moving experience possible. I was quoted $500-600 for an apartment move. I ended up being charged over $1700. Two guys showed up to move. One worked very hard while the other hardly worked at all. We ended up having to help the movers move the apartment because it was already going on nearly 12 hours of work. The owner has ignored emails and when I got him on the phone, he said he would return my call in 40 minutes when he was back in front of his computer. That was nearly a month ago.

Very disappointing. In August we had a two-bedroom apartment with one person living in it moved. The quote was for $500-$600 and we were charged $800+. After discussing the charges with the manager, he agreed to refund ~$200 and it has yet to happen, two months later. This is after many calls to follow-up and assurance that it was coming each time.
Michael your claim is closed and awaiting being sent. We are sorry it can take up to 90 days to process. I have in the notes that you were happy with the crew just not. the price. I will see if I can get that out asap.
When the buying of a house didn’t come through , we realized , we were dealing not with pinochle but some one else. They demanded we transfer cash , sign a contract, we were told it would be refundable. We are now told they won’t give a hefty amount of Cash back. Don’t ever trust them

Good morning, Nick. I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we appreciated our moving experience. We just finished unpacking the last box, and we’ve already submitted a 5-star review from the email we received. Erin, your leadman, and the entire three-person crew were outstanding—professional, careful, and incredibly efficient. Navigating two flights of stairs certainly wasn’t easy, but they handled everything with skill and a great attitude. They were truly a five-star team.

Pinnacle moving was wonderful. We were moving from out of state, and were able to do most of the initial move ourselves. However we knew we would need someone to unload our Uhaul and carry it up to the second floor of a back apartment. When I called and spoke to Nick, he was very friendly and upfront about costs. He explained everything and answered every question. Since we were an unload only, we were told that we were paying at an hourly rate for a minimum of 2 hr. There were no extra fees.

Atlas and Anthony came and took the absolute best care of us! They showed up and got us moved and set up quickly! They even paid attention to the little things and set up beds and hooked up appliances! Highly recommend and cant wait to continue to use them in the future!
