I hired this company to move my furniture out of the house and back into the house for a floor refinishing.I booked both moves at the same time over the phone. I stated we had a piano and needed 3 people. For the move-out only two men showed up and they said they forgot the equipment to move the piano; someone else got it first.They told me they called the boss to bring it. Someone brought a rolling type dolly. They completed the move.

Writing just to inform others. This is my first ever negative review. Dave and his crew are nice guys. I don’t want to hurt a business. However…People need to know that RAZORBACK MOVING DOES NOT CARRY ADEQUATE INSURANCE FOR A LARGE APPLIANCE. The amount they cover per pound is in their contract (that you will hurriedly sign on your moving day without getting out your calculator to see how much is needed to cover your appliances or finding out the poundage of them.)Just know you are taking your own risk.We were…

They broke several pieces of my furniture, including a dresser, a cabinet and my table by dropping them repeatedly. The lead crew member yelled at me and when I called his supervisor he just asked what I wanted him to do about it. They were absolutely horrible and I would avoid them at all costs.
Recently moved to NW Arkansas from out of state. We used their services twice once to unload the moving van to storage and then from storage to our house. During that process two boxes went missing, both were very high end shoes I’ve been …
TO THE REPLY FROM THE OWNER BELOW: Thank you for quickly replying to the review. Your response was fast- much quicker than the multiple emails and phone calls we have made over the last month that you have not responded to. Your reply though is not what was communicated to us on the moving day. We were NEVER offered $100 off the broken part. Your mover said that they contacted you and that you had already ordered the part. The mover said that they would be back as soon as the part arrived to fix the dryer.
Please call our office if you are misunderstood about our claim process. By law you have 90 days to file a claim on any damage. As the contract states that you signed and agreed to, we do not replace or fix anything unless you purchased … More
Wish I could give 0 stars, but 1 will have to do. They broke both my dresser and TV console and then told me it was due to the weight and the fact that the furniture was made of particle board. Fair enough, but the movers didn’t even bother to say, “Hey, sorry, this was damaged.” Instead, they took the tip I gave them and went on their way. When I reached out to the owner, I was completely ghosted. It took two phone calls, two emails, and two weeks before I received a response.

Bad estimate, damages, damages Rating should be -0-. This business should not be in business. We used them to move in June and they still have not returned our calls. They damaged literally every piece of furniture. They blocked our calls immediately. They have not responded to our claims -with pictures and their forms. The driver was also taking pictures as they unloaded. I tried to find their offices when I went back to Northwest Ark. I could not find an office . Beware , Beware. This was the worst experience.

Ask about their hidden fees before the work is done. Believe me, they have them. $800 for 2 men and 2 hours and 40 minutes of packing a Pod is EXTREME. I found out too late. Hope I save someone else the hassle. Little Guys Moving is much more forthcoming with their pricing.

We had several heavy furniture pieces and a large number of boxes, but the Razorback Moving team handled the job smoothly. They came prepared with the necessary equipment, worked well together, and kept the loading process organized. At the new home, they followed our instructions and carefully positioned the furniture where we wanted it. Their courteous attitude and attention to detail made the moving day much less stressful.
The movers were professional and easy to work with from start to finish. They packed the truck carefully and made sure everything was secure before leaving. All of my belongings arrived in excellent condition without any damage. I highly recommend this company for a stress-free move.
