I’ll start by saying that my wife and I have moved 8 times in 10 years. We know the process and we know what to expect. This company is hands down the worst moving company I have EVER used. 1. Two of the movers decided it was a good idea that they take a joy ride on my expensive electric bikes around our neighborhood! I cannot believe the complete lack of professionalism. I got a phone call from a neighbor that two kids were riding our bikes. Our neighbor stopped them and asked what was going on.

Ok this is the second time!! For some reason my review was taken down. Not sure why Google is allowing this! Just reiterating my experience with this company. We moved to NWA recently. We used their services company twice, once to unload from moving truck to storage and from storage to our new house. During this process two boxes of very expensive shoes went missing. Shoes that have been collected for years and none replaceable!

Had a horrible experience with this company!!! We had a very large move scheduled that involved moving office furniture from Bentonville to Oklahoma. Upon calling the gentleman was nice and indicated that he could do it, and put it on schedule. The day before, I traveled to Bentonville to get everything ready. That night, I received a text confirming my start time at 9am the next day.

So disappointed. Our experience was nothing like the reviews. I read all the reviews and asked friends for recommendations so we thought this was a good bet. But our experience has been nothing like what we expected. A caveat is that both my partner and I are former military, so we have been through over 15 moves - we’ve seen good and bad: this was the ugly. I also know it’s a busy moving season and employers are strapped for workers, but our basic services weren’t even completed.
Was scheduled to move on a Saturday and then have them return on Sunday to help unpack. No one showed up on Sunday and was not contacted to be told they weren't showing or to reschedule. They didn't put everything together either. Left us hanging...
